Brian Griffin - Counselling for Wellbeing
About Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Counselling and Psychotherapy offer a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
The process of Counselling and Psychotherapy is non judgemental and supports healing.
The process also supports improvement in people's lifestyle and in their relationships.
Counselling and Psychotherapy are similar in that they are one to one regular meetings with a trained professional. Counselling might deal with current issues in a person's or a couple's life, whilst psychotherapy looks more at patterns of behaviour. Patterns of behaviour often show themselves in relationships. Often the two can overlap.
Sometimes we can get stuck, or feel that we are living on a treadmill. It can be difficult to see
a way out, or to make a change. Making the decision to come for Counselling can be the first step towards making that change.
